Arts District Community Council LA (ADCCLA) and Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association (LARABA) have a long history of civic and community engagement. We created a unique town hall format for our neighbors so they could have a conversation with each of the candidates and us about the issues impacting their lives. Mr. DeLeon’s campaign elected not to participate and his venue was cancelled.
